Glenn was subsequently searched and arrested after officers allegedly discovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession. After a search of the vehicle, officers found about 71 grams of marijuana, digital scales, plastic bags and other drug paraphernalia, according to a press release about the arrest.

The second drug arrest occurred on Sunday during a traffic stop on Green Street. Officers did not say in the press release why they pulled over the Toyota passenger car driven by Emerson Young, 29, of St. Petersburg.
A police canine was deployed and Young was arrested after a vehicle search was conducted. Young was allegedly found to be in possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance (crack cocaine), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
