»  Comments | Post a Comment

Authorities have charged a Youngstown man with DUI manslaughter and two counts of driving under the influence with bodily injury, in connection with a February crash that took the life of a Graceville woman and injured two others.
Orville Sizemore surrendered himself to Florida Highway Patrol troopers Thursday to face the charges.
According to highway patrol reports, Sizemore was northbound on State Road 77 in Bay County Feb. 6 when he lost control of the truck he was driving. His truck then struck a northbound Toyota driven by Robinson.
Both vehicles overturned and all parties were trapped until extricated by emergency crews.
Robinson and one of her passengers, Agnes Underwood, sustained injuries. Her other passenger, Helen Pruitt Weir, died from her injuries just after 10 p.m. on Feb. 8.
The Florida Highway Patrol report issued Thursday did not list a city of residence for Underwood.
