Suspect named in burglary

The Bonifay Police Department has named a suspect in a burglary caught on tape last Tuesday.
According to a press release from Bonifay Police Chief Chris Wells, Tommy Warren Burnham, 36, has been charged with burglary of a structure and grand theft in a June 2 break-in at Middlebrooks Contractors Inc. It is a plumbing, electrical and rental supply company located on U.S. Highway 90.
Shortly after the theft, Bonifay police released still pictures from the videotape in the hope that someone could identify the burglar.
The footage showed a white male suspect plundering the business for roughly an hour before making off with assorted tools and some change.
