The Marianna Police Department listed the following incidents for May 4, the latest available report: One traffic accident, one suspicious vehicle, four suspicious incidents, one mentally ill person, four disturbances, one larceny, one trespassing complaint, one obscene/threatening phone call report,  one illegally parked vehicle, one juvenile complaint, one dog complaint, one flim flam/con game report, one property/building check, eight public service calls, one worthless document complaint, two warrants served, five traffic stops and two felony batteries.
JACKSON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office listed the following incidents for May 4, the latest available report: Two alarms, one animal complaint, one assist of another agency, one burglary, three civil disputes, one criminal mischief/vandalism complaint, two disturbances, one drunk pedestrian, one highway/road obstruction, one information report, one larceny, one miscellaneous escort, one missing person report, one pedestrian/hitchhiker complaint, seven public service calls, one retail theft/gas skip, one sex offense report, one shooting in the area call, one stolen vehicle, three suspicious incidents/persons/vehicle complaints, two threats, 17 traffic stops, two transports and 13 warrant arrests/prisoners in custody.

JACKSON COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY
The following persons were booked into the county jail during the latest reporting periods:
— Brian Lipford, 25, 4479 Marion St., Marianna, worthless checks.
— Hugo Carballeria, 38, 7234 Birchwood Road, Grand Ridge, violation of state probation.
— Lateefa Dixon, 23, 4366 Pearl St., Lot 9, Marianna, violation of state probation.
— Phyllis Swearington, 51, 2737 Pennsylvania Ave., Marianna, hold for court/Department of Corrections.
— Mary Jones, 47, 4747 Watson St., Marianna, retail theft.
— Davis Alday, 28, 2752 Panhandle Road, Marianna, violation of county probation.
— Russell Seale, 55, no fixed address, failure to appear, battery domestic violence, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, expired tag (more than six months.)
