The Marianna Police Department listed the following incidents for March 4, the latest available report: Two traffic accidents, one burglary of a residence, one burglary of a vehicle, three disturbances, one obscene/threatening phone call, one found/abandoned property report, one retail theft, two assists of other agencies, two public service calls, one threat, two warrants served and eight traffic stops.
JACKSON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office listed the following incidents for March 4, the latest available report: One abandoned vehicle, one alarm, one criminal mischief complaint, one disturbance, one drug investigation, one garbage complaint, one harassment complaint, two larceny complaints, two prowlers, five public service calls, four suspicious incidents, one threat, one traffic accident, 16 traffic stops, one transport, one trespassing complaint, one violation of injunction, eight warrant arrests and one reckless driver.

The following people were booked into the county jail during the latest reporting periods:
– Travis Brookins, 22, 4358 Kelson Ave., Marianna, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance.
– Patricia Mount, 34, 5708 Sunlight Road, Malone, five counts of worthless checks.
– Lucille Dunaway, 39, 6343 Tower Road, Bascom, five counts of worthless checks.
– Shakala Boston, 22, 3070 Carters Mill Road, Apt. A10, Marianna, theft.
– Vernon Gillen, 62, 1050 Collins St., Apt. E, Calloway, battery (domestic violence), theft of motor vehicle.

– Quanmeke Maxwell, 26, 5846 Mt. Tabor Road, Greenwood, violation of conditional release.
– Lamar Miley, 38, 1042 Gilmore St., Marianna, felony battery.
– Stacey Locke, 31, 3199 Magnolia Road, Marianna, driving under the influence.
