The Marianna Police Department listed the following incidents for Jan. 14, the latest available report: One abandoned vehicle, one reckless driver, one suspicious vehicle, one suspicious incident, three suspicious persons, two burglaries (one vehicle, one unspecified), two disturbances, two burglar alarms, two panic alarms, two larceny complaints, one retail theft, five public service calls, 21 traffic stops and one 911 hang-up.
JACKSON COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office listed the following incidents for Jan. 14, the latest available report: Two abandoned vehicles, three alarms, two burglaries, two child abuse complaints, two disturbances, two drug investigations, one escort, one juvenile complaint, two larceny complaints, one mentally ill person, one pedestrian complaint, one prowler, four public service calls, two suspicious incidents, one threat, nine traffic stops, one transport, two trespassing complaints, two warrant arrests and one reckless driver.
JACKSON COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY
The following people were booked into the county jail during the latest reporting periods:
– Michael Burke, 64, 22396 NW Gordon Road, Altha, failure to return leased or rental property.
– Travis Spears, 18, 1544 Ollie Road, Chipley, lewd and/or lascivious, order to show cause.
– Joe Smith, 54, 3160 Little Zion Road, Sneads, driving while license suspended/revoked (habitual).
– Jonathan Baker, 25, 4420 Woodbrook Drive, Marianna, sentenced to county jail.
– Brian Myrick, 25, 13090 Sharp Lake Road, Northport, Ala., two counts of battery, trespassing.
