Padgett, Meyer engagement

Mike and Toni Padgett of Marianna announce the engagement of their daughter, Tara Michelle Padgett, to Nicholas Wendall Meyer. He is the son of Mrs. Lynne Meyer and the late Mr. Eric Meyer of Marianna.
Grandparents of the bride-elect are Mrs. Frances Roesler and the late Mr. Robert Roesler of Marianna; Mr. John Padgett and Mrs. Betty Padgett of Marianna; and Mr. Eris Wilson and Mrs. Charlene Wilson of Tallahassee.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. Kenneth Epperson and the late Mrs. Carolyn Epperson; and the late Mr. Dale Meyer and the late Mrs. Christine Meyer.
She is a 2003 graduate of Marianna High School and received an A.S. degree in dental hygiene from Gulf Coast Community College. She is employed with Dr. Henry Knowles Jr. in Marianna.
He is a 2004 graduate of Marianna High School and is employed as a pharmacy technician with Wal-Mart in Marianna.
The wedding will take place Aug. 29, 2009, at 6 p.m. at the Christian Center Church in Marianna. A reception will follow at the Agriculture Center on Highway 90 in Marianna.
